A graduate of Okanagan College's School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Rhys joined Duane's team shortly after graduation and has developed a passion for guiding clients through every stage of their financial journey.

Holding both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, Rhys brings experience in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth preservation. Rhys combines comprehensive financial planning with investment management knowledge to help individuals, families, and business owners build, protect, and transition their wealth with confidence.

Known for his approachable style and commitment to service, Rhys believes the strongest financial plans are built on trusted relationships and open communication.

When he's not working with clients, Rhys can usually be found snowmobiling in Revelstoke, skiing at Big White, golfing, or enjoying time on Okanagan Lake.
